Policies and Procedures
Tutoring and executive-function coaching are offered on an enrollment basis. Families reserve a recurring weekly appointment time, allowing us to build routines and maintain consistent support throughout the school year. Tuition is paid in monthly installments. Spreading tuition across the school year provides families with predictable monthly payments while allowing me to provide consistent support, maintain a stable schedule, and focus on each student's long-term growth. This enrollment model replaces hourly invoicing and helps simplify scheduling and payments for everyone.
School-Year Enrollment
The school-year program is based on 36 weeks of instruction and support. Families may choose from the following weekly schedules:
- 45 minutes per week
- 60 minutes per week
- 90 minutes per week
- 2 hours per week
Details about tuition and monthly enrollment options are available on the pricing page.
Most students begin in August, allowing time to complete summer assignments, prepare for the school year, and spread tuition over ten monthly installments. Students who join later in the year will pay the corresponding monthly tuition.
Payment
Tuition is due on the first of each month and is processed through HoneyBook. Automatic payments are preferred. Families may pay by bank transfer (ACH), credit card, or Zelle.
Enrollment reserves your student's weekly appointment time for the school year.
Cancellations and Make-Up Sessions
Because each student's appointment time is reserved exclusively for them, missed sessions cannot always be rescheduled. When possible, I will offer a make-up session within the same week.
If I must cancel due to illness, family emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, I will make every effort to work with families to reschedule.
Communication and Support
Executive-function coaching and tutoring extend beyond our scheduled sessions. Families are always welcome to reach out with questions about assignments, planning, scheduling, and other academic concerns.
Referrals
Families who refer a new student will receive an $85 tuition credit once the new student has enrolled and completed their first month in the program.
